Process of Spiritual Awakening
Kundalini is like the seed of our sacred nature. It can bring us through a second evolution quite as profound as the evolution we go through from sperm and ovum into human infant.
This process of coming into spiritual refinement and psychic perception often means that the energy must clean out obscurities, or unconscious attitudes that hold us tight and rigid.
This energy, as it purges the nervous system, can produce all varieties of symptoms and phenomena. The nature of the symptoms depends upon the kind of debris we have collected.
It can take the form of prolonged fear, insomnia, sudden extremes of mood, rashes, aches and pains, lights and vision problems, nausea, fever, or cold. When the energy flow is in any way deflected or obstructed these symptoms can occur.
