Patricia Talbot
Pat Talbot has a diverse business and professional background spanning 30 years. She currently has her own business providing loans to low income borrowers to purchase mobile homes. Her background includes Engineering, Risk Management and the legal profession.
Pat received an undergraduate degree in Chemistry from Northern Illinois University, and an MBA and JD from Golden Gate University. She has a Professional Engineer License in California, and is a member of the California State Bar (inactive).
Pat served for over 10 years on the Board of Ujima Family Recovery Services, which provides drug and alcohol recovery primarily to parenting women. For seven years she served as President of the Board.
