The subtle energies of the third eye expand your vision and empower intuition. Huna and martial art practices teach you the profound relationship between thought and manifestation and the use of breath to increase life force energies
Gates 8 & 9
Through practices derived from Tibetan Buddhism, you will learn to open the crown and center and expand into the transcendent. These practices will prepare you for the awesome mysteries of death and dying and help you to be present with others during this inevitable reality.
